Payment Terms All service-based work requires a 60% deposit to commence. The remaining 40% is due before final delivery of any project files or documents. Strategy calls and consultations must be paid in full and upfront. Accepted payment methods include PayPal, Paystack, or direct transfer where applicable. Failure to pay as agreed may result in the suspension or cancellation of services and forfeiture of rights to use any unfinished deliverables. 4. Revisions & Feedback Revision rounds are provided based on the selected service tier. Requests beyond the allocated revision count may incur additional fees. All feedback must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of receiving deliverables. 5. Cancellation & Refunds All bookings and strategy calls are non-refundable. Clients may reschedule a call up to two times in case of emergency. Refunds for services are not offered once work has begun, except in rare cases such as illness or permanent business closure. Intellectual Property Unless otherwise stated in writing: All work, visuals, reports, and content remain the intellectual property of Issabela Mkhonto until full payment is received. Refund Policy 1. General Policy At Issabela Mkhonto’s Data Services, client satisfaction is a top priority. However, due to the nature of customized digital services and consultations, we do not offer refunds once services have been booked or delivered — except in specific, clearly outlined circumstances. This Refund Policy is designed to protect both client and provider while ensuring clear expectations from the start. 2. Consultation Calls (Strategy Calls) All booked calls are non-refundable, regardless of attendance. However, clients may reschedule a call up to two (2) times in the event of an emergency, with at least 6 hours’ notice. If Issabela is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness or emergency), the client will be offered a reschedule at no cost. 3. Service-Based Work (Dashboards, Reports, Writing) Once work has started on any deliverable-based service, no refunds will be issued. Clients are entitled to revision rounds based on the service package selected (e.g., 1–3 revisions). Full transparency is maintained throughout the project via consultation, milestone delivery, and feedback windows. 4. Deposit & Payment Terms A 60% deposit is required before any work begins. The remaining 40% balance must be paid upon final delivery and approval of completed work. Deliverables will only be released after final payment is received. 5. Exceptions (Refund Eligibility) Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances: If the business is permanently closed or dissolved If Issabela is medically unable to complete the project within the agreed timeline and no reschedule or alternate arrangement is possible In either case, a partial or full refund of unused service value may be offered at Issabela's discretion. 6.
